Right Twix Wins

After many months of voting, the people have decided that Right Twix is clearly superior to Left Twix… but was this really the right decision? No, not the decision between the completely identical pieces of chocolate, but the choice to focus on such a miniscule thing. Thousands of people have voted and in the process created free advertising in order to get their #lefttwix or #righttwix to win. But what is the true point of all of this? With the massive waves of new technology, we’ve all forgot to really pay attention to the world and what’s really important. We find ourselves spending too much time liking, favoriting, and commenting in the virtual world rather than taking a moment to look around. Nowadays, we’re all hopping from one new iphone to the next and to the next without stopping and thinking. Following the new trend is just the standard now, and keeping up is becoming like running; it's fun for the first twenty seconds before it becomes too tedious and we’re looking for something new to chase after. I hope everyone will evaluate what’s really important to them…. and if right twix should have really won; #lefttwix all the way.
